We just got back from church this evening. I wanted to invite everyone in the middle Tennessee area to come hear Kevin Leman. He is soooooooooo funny and practical. He has written many, many books, but it's his humor that's got me coming back for more. This is the 3rd time he's visited World Outreach Church (www.wochurch.org) and every time, he has something new. It was great tonight. Tomorrow, Sunday March 7th, it begins at 6:00. His seminar starts right away. I think it's two hours. It is "Have a New Kid by Friday". On Monday, it's 7:00-9:00. It is called, "Have a New Husband by Friday". Just wanted to invite everyone. It's guaranteed to be great!
Adoption News: I called the FBI fingerprinting place Friday. It's been 2 weeks since our prints arrived. They are not in the system yet and the man told me it's taking 13 weeks. :( We are really praying that somehow our little envelope gets pulled out of the pile and processed sooner. Goodness knows, it should be easy to identify with orange, purple, and blue sharpie written all over it. "URGENT" & "For AN Adoption." We know God has the child/children He designed for our family. It is sad though to wait for one piece of paper before we can even go on the waitlist.
Onto other news: It was beautiful weather today. It was great just hanging around the house and taking Lilly (our Golden Retriever) for a walk. Spencer and Natalie played with different neighbors. Did I mention that Spencer had a friend in the neighborhood? The little boy came over and ate lunch with us today. I am sooooo very happy that Spencer has found a friend.
