HoeDown

Every year on the Sunday before Halloween, our church has HoeDown. Now, I have to explain HoeDown....It is every inflatable known to man, plus every carnival type game you can imagine, cake walks, bands playing, free popcorn, cotton candy, Sundrop, gormet cookies, and bottled water all for FREE! It's one of our church's main outreaches and gifts to the children in the community. I'll never forget our first HoeDown several years ago. I'm not sure if the kids were more excited or Trevis and I were.....I can't wait to see Justus' expressions and him just taking it all in next year.....

Here are some pics. Gotta love picture trail....You can create stuff like this Free! Can you tell I'm all about Free?

After awhile, we headed home. The boys watched a little bit of the Titan's game and then it was time for trick-or-treat. The kids stopped for a couple of pictures and headed out with a pillowcase and bag. Lilly (our golden retriever) stayed home with me to hand out candy and greet the trick-or-treaters. (Lilly actually thinks any time anyone rings the doorbell, they are here to see her.)

It was a great night! I can't believe it's November 1st!! Wow!!

With Much Love,
